基于库兹涅茨曲线的濮阳市经济与环境间关系研究

摘　　要：基于环境库兹涅茨曲线,依据濮阳市2003-2012年的经济与环境数据,建立了人均GDP与各个环境指标的模型,并用多元线性回归法探析了其环境污染成因。结果表明,工业废水排放量、工业二氧化硫排放量的环境库兹涅茨曲线都呈现典型的倒"U"型,刚跨过拐点,随着人均GDP的增长,排放量呈现下降的趋势;而工业烟尘排放量的环境库兹涅茨曲线则为正"U"型,随着人均GDP的增长,其排放量呈现先下降又上升的趋势;工业烟尘排放量与经济规模显著正相关。第二产业(特别是工业)的发展是工业二氧化硫排放的主要原因。技术因素在减少工业废水排放方面起到很好的作用,但在高烟尘排放行业并不足以抵消行业规模扩大所带来的负影响。The study set up the model of per capita GDP and the environmental index based on the En- vironmental Kuznets Curve （EKC） with the support of the 2003-2012 economy and Environment data of Puyang City. And the result shows 1 ） the Environmental Kuznets Curve （EKC） of industrial wastewater discharge and industrial sulfur dioxide emissions both display inverted U-shape, and just across the turning point, the discharge presents downward trend with the increasing of per capita GDP; 2） while the EKC of industrial fumes emissions display positive U-shape, and its emission presents up- ward trend first and then downward with the increasing of per capita GDP; 3） the industrial fumes e- missions have positive correlation with economic scale; 4） the development of the Secondary Industry （especially the industry）is the main factor of industrial sulfur dioxide emissions; 5）the technical fac- tors play a good role in reducing the industrial wastewater discharge, but it cannot offset the negative influence caused by industrial scale expanding in the high fumes emission industry.
