产权视角下工会推动改制企业履行社会责任问题研究

摘　　要：企业众多社会责任中的最基本、最首要的责任是对劳动者权益的维护,工会作为职工权益的代表,其根本职责就是努力推动企业履行社会责任。企业改制的本质是产权改革,从产权视角出发,企业社会责任的核心内容是维护职工的产权权益。针对工会在企业改制过程中,在推动企业履行维护改制企业职工的产权权益这一核心社会责任时存在的局限进行分析,并提出相应的对策。Among num erous social responsibilities of enterprise, safeguarding laborers’ rights and interests is the m ost basic and prim ary responsibility. A s representative of laborers’ legal rights and interests, the U nion should try to prom ote enterprise perform ing social responsibility. T he nature of restructuring of enterprise is R eform of property rights system . From the perspective of property interests,the core content of C SR is safeguarding property interests of w orkers of the enterprise. T his article aim s at the process of restructuring of enterprise,analyzing existing lim itation of the U nion w hen prom oting enterprise perform ing safeguarding laborers’property interests and proposes corresponding counterm easure.
