白饭树枝叶的化学成分研究

摘　　要：综合运用硅胶柱层析、反相硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析以及制备高效液相等色谱分离技术,对大戟科白饭树属植物白饭树（Flueggea virosa）枝叶的化学成分进行系统分离与纯化。结合理化性质和现代波谱技术,并通过与文献对照,从白饭树枝叶90%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位分离得到8个化合物中,分别鉴定为一叶萩碱（1）、一叶萩醇A（2）、一叶萩醇B（3）、布比林仙定（4）、杨芽黄素（5）、香叶木素（6）、羽扇豆醇（7）、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯（8）。化合物5~8为首次从白饭树中分离得到。The chemical consituents from stems and leaves of Flueggea virosa were separated and purified by column chromatographies with silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and Pre-HPLC.The structures of the isolated compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis,as well as comparisons with the data in literature.Eight compounds were isolated and elucidated as securinine（1）,securinol A（2）,securinol B（3）,bubbialidine（4）,tectochrysin（5）,diosmetin）（6）,lupeol（7）,and lupenyl acetate（8）.Compounds 5~8 were isolated from F.virosa for the first time.
