摘　　要：文章从尼龙1010塑料注塑成型的主要设备、工艺过程和尼龙1010塑料的特性等方面入手,讨论了尼龙1010注塑制件中常见的缺陷及其形成的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法。In the article,the defects and the reasons of it appearing in nylon1010 injection product were discussed from the main injection molding machine,technical condition to the characteristics of nylon 1010 resin and the corresponding solutions were put forwarded.
