摘 要:辽宁省某原油处理厂产生的高含盐氨氮废水电导为20000~30000μs/cm,COD值在500~800mg/L左右,氨氮值在500mg/L左右,含油量在1000mg/L左右,来液水温在60℃左右,导致该厂原有处理系统运行不稳定,出水氨氮不能达标。采用光电催化氧化技术降解该废水中氨氮,采用主体活性成分为TiO2/Al2O3的蜂窝状催化剂和高效DSA阳极,以及波长为420nm紫外光,在光照时间为30min,辐照强度为100μw/cm2条件下,配合电催化氧化反应时间30min、极板间距1cm、槽电压5V、电流10A条件时,氨氮降解效率最高。经过光电催化氧化技术处理后,废水中氨氮含量降低至3mg/L,出水氨氮能够实现达标排放。The conductivity of a high salt containing ammonia nitrogen wastewater in a crude oil treatment plant of Liaoning province is 20000~30000 μs/cm,the COD value at about 500~800 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen value at about 500 mg/L,the oil value of about 1000 mg/L,the liquid temperature at about 60 ℃,so the original processing system of the factory is unstable,effluent ammonia can not reach the standard.The main active ingredients used for honeycomb catalyst TiO2/Al2O3 and high performance DSA anode,and the wavelength of 420 nm ultraviolet light,the illumination time is 30 min,the irradiation intensity of 100 w/cm2 conditions,with the electro catalytic oxidation reaction time 30 min,the plate spacing is 1 cm,cell voltage is 5 V,the current is 10 A.In the conditions,the efficiency of ammonia nitrogen degradation is the best.After the photo catalytic oxidation technology in the treatment of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater,the content is reduced to 3 mg/L,the effluent ammonia can meet emission standard.
