顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定巴柳氮锌中有机溶剂残留量

摘  要:采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,以氮气为载气,采用PEG-20M弹性石英毛细管色谱柱,程序升温,用氢火焰离子化检测器测定巴柳氮锌原料药中有机溶剂甲醇和丙酮的残留量。本实验中甲醇和丙酮两种有机溶剂能够完全分离,甲醇和丙酮的检测限分别为3.2ng和2.2ng,精密度RSD均小于5%,平均回收率分别为101.1%和100.9%,该方法简单灵敏,准确可靠,重现性好。The method of headspace gas chromatograpy was used to determine the residual organic solvents—acetone and methyl alcohol in zinc balsalazide.This paper used PEG-20 M quartz capillary column with nitrogen as the carrier gas and procedural column temperature control,and choose hydrogen flame ionization detector.The average recoveries of acetone and methyl alcohol were 101.1 % and 100.9 % respectively,and the detection limits were 3.2 and 2.2 ng respectively.The method is accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility.
