摘　　要：钙黄绿素与Fe3+发生络合反应,形成钙黄绿素-Fe3+荧光猝体系灭,当加入不同浓度的F-后,F-与Fe3+亲合力更强,将Fe3+从钙黄绿素-Fe3+络合物中夺取,而使钙黄绿素游离出来,荧光得以恢复。在一定范围内,荧光的恢复和F-浓度具有良好的线性关系。Calcein can form complex with Fe^3＋, and it＇s a fluorescence quenching system. After adding different concentrations of F, which has stronger affinity with Fe^3＋, and Fe^3＋ would be taken out from the complex. Calcein became free again and fluorescence was restored. Within a certain range, the recovery of fluorescence and F- concentration had a good linear relationship.
