摘 要:建立了采用铋膜电极应用吸附溶出伏安法测定痕量铅的方法。在含有Pb(II)的0.1 mol·L^-1柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液(pH 6.7)中,于-0.1V搅拌富集,Pb(II)与茜素紫形成络合物而富集于电极表面,然后交换介质至空白底液中,于-0.85 V还原后再进行阳极化扫描,于-0.60 V左右获得一灵敏的铅氧化溶出峰,溶出峰电流与Pb(II)的浓度在1.2×10^-8~2.4×10^-6 mol·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限达6.2×10^-9 mol·L^-1。方法应用于皮蛋中铅的测定,其加标回收率达到98.0%~122.0%,结果较满意。The determination method of lead (Ⅱ) with bismuth-film electrode by adsorption stripping voltammetry was established. The lead (Ⅱ) was accumulated on the bismuth-film electrode surface at -0.1V by the formation of the complex in 0.1 mol/L sodium citrate-citric acid solution, and then determined by anodic stripping voltammetry after cathodic reduction at -0.85 V. The peak potential is at about -0.6 V. The concentration of Pb (Ⅱ) is directly proportional to the second-order derivative perk height over the range from 1.2×10^-8 to 2.4× 10^-6 mol/L and the detection limit for Pb(Ⅱ) is as low as 6.2×10^-9 mol/L. And the standard addition recovery was 98.0%- 122.0 %. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of lead (Ⅱ) in preserved egg with satisfactory results.
