镍含量对NiCoPrLa类水滑石结构及衍生复合氧化物的还原性能影响

摘  要:用共沉淀法制备了镍含量不同的NiCoPrLa类水滑石,用XRD、TG和TPR对NiCoPrLa类水滑石及其衍生复合氧化物的结构、热稳定性和还原性能进行了表征。结果表明,Ni/Pr比增加,类水滑石的结晶度会随之增加,但其热稳定性随之下降;Ni2+含量增大,NiCoPrLa类水滑石样品的还原性较好,还原峰面积增大。NiCoPrLa hydrotalcite-like compounds with different Ni content were prepared by coprecipitation. The structure, thermal stability and reduction properties of NiCoPrLa hydrotalcite-like compounds and its derived composite oxides were characterized with XRD, TG and TPR. The results showed that, with the increase of Ni/Pr ratio, the degree of crystallization of hydrotalcite like compounds increased while the thermal stability decreased; with the increase of Ni^2+ content, NiCoPrLa hydrotalcite-like compounds showed better reductive properties and the reduction peak area increased also.
