摘 要:介绍了二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯的应用现状,综述了以正戊醛和环戊酮为原料、不以正戊醛和环戊酮为原料、不对称、微波辅助几种不同的合成路线,主要围绕反应路线难易、原料价格、产率几个方面比较。认为微波辅助的合成方法由于其加热方式独特、绿色、高效、易操作等特点,具有较好的发展前景,并对未来二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯工业化生产的发展方向进行了展望。The application status of methyl dihydrojasmonate was introduced. Several different types of synthesis methods of methyl dihydrojasmonate which use n-valeraldehyde and cyclopenta- none, without n-valeraldehyde and cyclopentanone as starting materialel, and by asymmetry, microwave- assisted synthesis were described. Influence on the reaction was considered from difficulty in achieving reaction conditions, prices of raw materials and production rate. Based on viewpoint, microwave assisted synthesis method due to its tmique heating mode, the green, efficient and easy to operate etc, has good prospects for development. Prospects and trends of development in this field were also forseen.
