摘 要:染料废水特别是含阳离子型染料废水是公认的难处理工业废水。本研究以结晶紫溶液作为典型阳离子染料模拟废水,采用Fenton试剂对染料废水进行氧化脱色处理,通过测定溶液吸光度值来评价Fenton试剂对阳离子染料废水的脱色效果。实验考察了常温常压下七水合硫酸亚铁投加浓度、过氧化氢投加浓度、pH及反应时间对溶液色度的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验进行综合测定,结果表明:在Fe SO4·7H2O为1000 mg/L,H2O2为15 m L/L,pH为5,反应时间为90 min时,废水中的染料降解率可达99.84%。Wastewater, especially wastewater containing cationic dye is recognized as intractable industrial waste. In this study, crystal violet solution as a Simulation of Cationic Dye Wastewater by Fenton reagent oxidation of simulated wastewater decolorization, by measuring the absorbance of crystal violet to evaluate changes in the value of its decolorization effect Fenton reagent. First investigated under normal temperature and pressure the addition of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate concentration, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide dosage, pH value and reaction time on degree of crystal violet law. In the single-factor test based on the orthogonal test program to determine the optimal operating conditions: FeSO_4.7H2O = 1000 mg/L, H_2O_2 = 15 ml/L, pH = 5, the reaction time was 90 min.
