摘　　要：基于土木工程卓越工程师培养,从目标定位、体系建设和资源建设3方面系统探讨了"十二五"国家级实验教学示范中心建设思路,构建了四层次实验教学体系、"2-1-2"实验开放实践基地体系和多成分的考核和评价体系,探讨了高水平实验教学团队资源和科研教学资源的共享机制和建设方案,为实现卓越人才培养奠定基础。Based on the excellent engineers training,from three aspects of target construction,system construction and resource construction,the construction thoughts of ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂national experimental teaching demonstration center are discussed on civil engineering and other related disciplines.Four-level experimental teaching system,＂2-1-2＂open practice base system and multi-component assessment and evaluation system are established.Construction schemes of high level team of experiment teaching resources and scientific teaching resources sharing mechanism are discussed.It lays the foundation for the implementation of outstanding talent cultivation.
