摘　　要：日常业务运转越来越依赖于信息系统的稳定运行,一旦系统出现异常,将影响日常业务的正常运转。为保障信息系统的稳定、高效运行,研究了信息系统"主动式"运维保障工作的主要内容与总体架构,在清华大学信息系统运维保障工作实践中取得了很好的应用效果。Daily business is increasingly dependent on the stable operation of the information systems.Application failure or unexpected downtime can have a devastating impact on the daily work.In order to ensure the stable and efficient operation of information systems,the general framework of＂proactive＂operation and maintenance support for information systems is studied,which has achieved good results in Tsinghua University.
