摘　　要：PLC控制步进电机广泛应用于工业控制中。本文介绍了饼干包装机的设计,以及PLC在包装机中的应用。本设计通过PLC来实现对包装机皮带的自动控制,并且通过PLC对步进电机的控制达到饼干入盒的效果,结构简单,可靠性比较高,成本较低,实用性很强,具有较高的通用性和应用推广价值。Adopting PLC to control stepping motor is widely used in many industrial controt appllcauons, i ms paper introduces the design of the biscuit packaging machine, and the application of PLC in it. This design implements the automatic control on packaging machine belt based on PLC, and achieves the effect of biscuits going into the box through the control of PLC on stepping motor. With its simple structure, high reliability, low cost, strong applipability, it has high universality and the value of application promotion.
