摘  要:阐述了单相全桥逆变电路的工作原理,并且给出其在MATLAB/Simulink中的仿真模型和仿真结果。仿真结果表明,负载两端的电压波形为矩形波,而负载两端的电流波形为不规则的波形。最重要的是通过仿真软件验证了当绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)同时导通时,负载两端的电压和电流波形方向相同;当二极管VD同时导通时,电压和电流波形方向相反,与理论分析完全一致。The paper introduces the work principle of single-phase and full-bridge inverter circuit, and gives out its simulation model and simulation results based on MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results show that the voltage waveform of both ends of the load is rectangular wave, and the current waveform of both ends is irregular ones. The most important is that the simulation software verifies the voltage and current waveforms of both ends of the load have the same direction when two transistors of IGBT are conducted. And the voltage and current waveforms have the opposite direction when two diodes of VD are conducted, which is fully consistent with the results of theoretical analysis.
