物流产业集聚对第三产业发展的影响——基于黑龙江省12个地级市的面板数据

摘　　要：运用区位熵法对黑龙江省12个地级市物流产业集聚进行测算与分析,利用面板数据个体固定效应模型,以第三产业生产总值为因变量,以物流产业集聚为核心解释变量,以物流生产总值、物流人力资本、固定资产投资为控制变量,检验了黑龙江省12个地级市2004—2012年的物流产业集聚对第三产业发展的影响。结果表明:物流产业集聚对黑龙江省12个地级市第三产业发展呈现负效应,控制变量中物流生产总值和物流人力资本对第三产业发展具有明显的促进作用,固定资产投资呈现负作用。根据本文研究结果,提出了相关的政策建议。Logistics industry cluster of 12 cities in Heilongjiang Province was calculated and analyzed by location quotient. Using the panel data of entity, this paper fixed effects model, the third industry GDP as the dependent variable, the logistics industry cluster as the key explanatory variable, logistic GDP, logistic human capital and investment in fixed assets as the control variables, tested the impact of logistics industry cluster of 12 cities in Heilongjiang Province during 2004- 2012 on the third industry development by example. The results showed that logistics industry cluster presented negative effect on the development of the third industry in 12 cities of Heilongjiang Province ,logistic GDP and human capital in the control variables had a clear role in promoting the third industry, and investment in fixed assets had negative effect. Finally, this paper put forward relevant policy sug- gestions.
