肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察比较肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎的疗效。方法选取我院2010年8月至2013年8月收治的肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。观察组实施肾康注射液、泼尼松及冬虫夏草治疗,对照组实施常规治疗。比较两组的总有效率、并发症发生率、治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮及24 h尿蛋白定量情况及住院时间。结果观察组总有效率为87.5%,显著优于对照组的67.5%(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为7.5%,显著少于对照组的37.5%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量及住院时间比较,观察组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液联合用药治疗肾小球肾炎合并急性间质性肾炎住院时间短,并发症发生率低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenkang injection for combined medication for patients with glomerular nephritis complicated with acute interstitial nephritis. Methods 80 patients with glomerular nephritis complicated with acute interstitial nephritis in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Shenkang injection, prednisone and Aweto, while the control group was given routine therapy. The total effective rate and incidence of complications, serum creatinine level, blood urea nitrogen level, 24 h urinary protein level and length of hospital stay were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%,significantly higher than 67.5% of control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of observation group was 7.5%, significantly lower than 37.5% of control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group was superior to the control group in the serum creatinine level, blood urea nitrogen level, 24 h urinary protein level and length of hospital stay（all P〈0.05）. Conclusions Shenkang injection for combined medication for patients with glomerular nephritis complicated with acute interstitial nephritis has shorter length of hospital stay and lower complication rate.
