摘　　要：目的对比心脏起搏器程控随访方式,选择出更适合患者的随访方法,及时发现、诊断并处理、预防相关不良事件。方法对心脏起搏器植入患者以"起搏器健康俱乐部"形式进行随访监查,以每两个半月的频率定期随访,对起搏器患者生活质量、随访率及不良事件进行记录与总结。自2011年以来,我院共植入376台起搏器,3年来,约336名患者定期随访(89.36%),与以往门诊监查等多种随访方式在生活质量、随访率等方面进行比较。结果规范组在患者生活质量满意度及随访率等方面与门诊组存在统计学差异(P<0.05),且规范组优于门诊组。结论起搏器术后程控随访与起搏器疗效密切相关,选择适于患者的随访方式至关重要,我院以"心脏起搏器健康俱乐部"的形式对患者进行规范化随访管理,有利于发现、诊断、处理及预防不良事件,使起搏器发挥最好的治疗效果。Objective To compare the program-controlled follow-up method of cardiac pacemaker, so as to choose the more suitable follow-up method for the patients to timely detect, diagnose, prevent and treat related adverse events. Methods Patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation were followed up in the form of ＂pacemaker health club＂ regularly at a frequency of two and a half months. Quality of life, follow-up rate and adverse events of patients were recorded and summarized. A total of 376 sets of pacemakers had been implanted in our hospital since 2011, and about 336 patients were regularly followed up（89.36%） in the three years. The quality of life and the follow-up rate between standardized group and outpatient clinic group were compared and analyzed. Results The standardized group was superior to outpatient clinic group in the patients＇ satisfaction to quality of life and follow-up rate, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Program-controlled postoperative follow-up is closely related to the curative effects of the pacemaker. Choosing suitable follow-up way is crucial. Our hospital performes standardized follow-up management for the patients in the form of the ＂pacemaker health club＂, which is beneficial to find, diagnose, treat and prevent adverse events, to make pacemaker play the best treatment effect.
