支链氨基酸在肝病肠内营养配方食品中的应用进展

摘　　要：肝脏是人体代谢的中心器官,肝功能不全时会出现不同程度的营养不良,营养不良也会使肝脏病变进一步恶化,从而产生严重的不良后果。研究表明,支链氨基酸除作为蛋白来源改善患者营养状况的作用外,还可广泛应用于肝病治疗,如肝硬化、肝性脑病、肝移植、肝癌、糖尿病肝病等。随着研究的深入及营养治疗的普及,支链氨基酸肠内营养配方食品有望成为肝病治疗的常规疗法。Liver is the central metabolic organ,and different levels of malnutrition come with hepatic insufficiency,while malnutrition may make the liver disease worsen,thus causing severe adverse outcomes.Researches showed that branched-chain amino acids not only could be used as source of protein to improve patients＇ nutritional state,but could also be widely applied in the treatment of liver diseases,such as cirrhosis,hepatic encephalopathy,liver transplantation,liver cancer,and diabetic hepatopathy. With a detailed study and the popularization of nutritional therapy,branched-chain amino acids enteral nutrition formula foods are expected to become a routine therapy for the treatment of liver diseases.
