中医药治疗消化性溃疡的临床进展

摘　　要：消化性溃疡为临床常见病,中医传统方剂柴胡疏肝散、黄芪建中汤、半夏泻心汤、小柴胡汤以及自拟方剂、中成药、中西医结合和针灸等疗法在治疗消化性溃疡方面显示了较好的疗效,但部分研究缺乏明确的病证纳入标准,缺乏大样本、多中心的科研设计,降低了疗效的可重复性和说服力。中医药治疗消化性溃疡应按照循证医学要求,进一步规范科研设计方案,建立统一临床纳入、排除、疗效评定标准,注重远期疗效的观察,使中医药研究更加客观、规范。The peptic ulcer is a common clinical disease. Satisfactory therapeutic effect has been seen in the treatment of peptic ulcer by traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） therapy,for example the traditional prescriptions,such as Bupleurum dispersing depressed liver energy powder,Milkvetch root invigorating stomach liquid,Pinelliae decoction for purging stomach-fire,minor Bupleurum decoction,and self-contrivance prescription,TCM preparation medicine,combination of TCM with western medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion and so on. The therapeutic effect of TCM in repeatability and persuasion is not high since it is lack of disease and syndrome inclusion standard,and arge sample and multicentric scientific research design. Therefore standardized research design according to evidence-based medicine should be established,and the unified clinical inclusion,exclusion and efficacy evaluation standard should be set up,and the long-term efficacy should be observed,so as to make the TCM research more objective and standardized.
