摘 要:西梅富含维生素A、维生素C、钾、铁、叶酸、钙等多种人体所需要的营养成分,除此之外,西梅中还含有丰富的膳食纤维和大量的抗氧化物质,且不含脂肪和胆固醇,因此常吃西梅可起到延缓机体和大脑衰老的功效。西梅还有预防绝经期妇女骨质疏松症及骨质疏松症患者的骨质流失,减少动脉粥样硬化的病变区域,减轻认知障碍,抑制高胆固醇血症,改善肝功能等功效。Prune is rich in vitamin A,vitamin C,potassium,iron,folic acid,calcium and other nutrients which are necessary for human health. Except for vitamins and minerals,prune also contains rich dietary fiber. Recent study showed that prune contains large amounts of antioxidants without fat and cholesterol,so eating prunes frequently can slow down the body and brain aging. In addition,prune also has many other effects,such as preventing osteoporosis and osteoporosis bone loss of postmenopausal women,reducing atherosclerosis lesions area,alleviating cognitive impairment,inhibition of hypercholesterolemia,improving liver function and so on.
