摘 要:目的探讨恒定量苯环己哌啶(PCP)干预后猕猴血液皮质醇的变化情况。方法选取4只恒河猕猴为实验对象,每日进行恒定量的PCP干预,干预过程持续2周,分别于干预前及干预后第5日采集猕猴血液,并进行皮质醇检测,观察干预前、后猕猴血液中皮质醇的变化。结果干预前与干预后的0~5 min、干预前与干预后的15~20 min以及干预前与干预后的25~30 min血液中的皮质醇水平比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但干预前与干预后的35~40 min比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论恒定量的PCP干预能增加猕猴应急状态下的血液皮质醇分泌。Objective To investigate the blood cortisol changes after a constant amount of phencyclidine( PCP) intervention in macaques. Methods Four Ganges macaques were chosen as experimental objects,a constant daily amount of PCP intervention was given,and the entire intervention lasted two weeks,respectively,on the fifth day before administration and after administration the blood was collected for cortisol testing,and the blood cortisol changes were observed. Results For each of the pair comparison of blood cortisol before administration and 0-5 min after administration,15-20 min after administration,25-30 min after administration,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05),while the pair comparison of blood cortisol before administration and 35-40 min after administration showed no statistically significant difference( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Constant amount of PCP intervention can increase blood cortisol secretion of the macaques in emergency state.
