摘　　要：目的：为完善阿维菌素在农作物上的安全使用,测定1.8%阿维菌素在贵州省遵义地区辣椒中的降解动态。方法：采用Qu ECh ERS技术进行样品处理,用高效液相色谱法进行测定,用SPSS进行分析,得出阿维菌素在辣椒中的残留动态研究。结果：按照推荐使用剂量、2倍推荐剂量和4倍推荐剂量分别使用后,不同浓度的阿维菌素在辣椒中起始浓度为37.81~173.62μg/kg,半衰期为3.79~4.44d。结论：消解动态试验表明,阿维菌素的残留量随着时间延长而降低,消解动态曲线符合一级动力学方程,阿维菌素属于易分解农药,在辣椒上按推荐使用剂量使用是安全的。【Objective】To determine degradation dynamics of 1. 8% avermectin in pepper of Zunyi in Guizhou province to improve the safe use of avermectin on the crops. 【Method】Samples were handled using Qu ECh ERS techniques,measured by HPLC,and analyzed by SPSS. The residues dynamics of the avermectin in pepper were got. 【Result】According to different concentrations of recommended dose,two times and four times of recommended dose,starting concentration of avermectin in pepper were 37. 81—173. 62μg / kg,their half lives were3. 79—4. 44 d.【Conclusion】Digestion dynamic tests showed that the residual amount of avermectin decreased with time,digestion accorded with dynamic curve first-order kinetic equation,so avermectin was a kind of decomposable pestleide,which was safe on pepper at the recommended dose.
