摘　　要：目的以病理学学科研究生培养为基础,依据本学科的发展趋势和社会对高层次实用型人才的需求,从研究生的培养环节切入,探索以学科为中心的研究生培养模式。方法通过实行病理学研究生的科室统一化管理,成立学科研究生培养管理工作组、建立病理学开放实验室等办法,以期培养集创新能力与临床实践能力为一体的复合型人才。结果该校病理学研究生的培养质量和对本专业学习的积极性显著提高、科研创新能力及自主能动性得到很大提高、临床实践技能增强、就业率显著提高。结论研究生创新能力的培养是时代赋予高等学校的重大使命,也是确保研究生教育质量的核心任务。完善病理学研究生培养模式,全面提高病理学研究生的综合素质是现代病理学发展与社会的需求。Objective In order to researching of subject centered training pattern from the perspective of cultivating postgraduates,this article is based on training of pathology postgraduate,and accord to the development trend of this discipline and the social needs of high-level practical talents.MethodIn order to cultivate compound talents who have the ability of innovation and clinical practice as a whole,we set up a working group to training management,and establish a pathological laboratory and other measures,through unified management department to implement a pathology graduate.Results It has significantly improved the quality of postgraduate who were trained by our pattern and the enthusiasm to this professional learning.It has also enhanced postgraduate＇s ability to innovation,initiative,clinical practice skills,and also the rate of employment.Conclusion Culturing the innovation ability of postgraduates is an important mission for colleges and universities,and also a core task to ensure the postgraduate education quality.It is the modern pathological development and social needs to improve the system of pathological postgraduate training study and the comprehensive quality of postgraduate.
