医学生心身健康与人格的关系研究

摘　　要：为探讨医学生的心身健康与人格的关系,笔者采用康奈尔医学指数(Cornell Medical Index,CMI)和艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,EPQ)对重庆市两所医科大学的医学生进行测量并进行统计分析。发现精神质和神经质的得分越高,则医学生心身症状的总体得分越高,而外倾性得分越高,则心身症状的总体得分越低;精神质和神经质的得分越高,躯体症状的得分越高;神经质得分越高,精神症状的得分越高,外倾性的得分越高,精神症状的得分越低。因此,医学生的心身健康受其人格因素的影响,培养和塑造健康人格有助于医学生的心身健康水平。This paper is to explore the relationship between psychosomatic health and personality in medical students.Medical students were investigated by CMI and EPQ.The higher the score of psychoticism or neuroticism was,the higher the score of CMI was;the higher the score of extraversion was,then the lower the score of CMI was.The higher the score of psychoticism or neuroticism was,the higher the score of A-L was.The higher the score of neuroticism was,the higher the score of MR was;the higher the score of extraversion was,then the lower the score of M-R was.Psychosomatic health of medical students was influenced by personality.Cultivating and shaping the healthy personality could aid in psychosomatic health.
