摘  要:目的分析学龄期脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能分级系统和手功能分级系统的稳定性,为制定康复干预计划提供依据。方法选取上海6所特殊学校就读的77例脑瘫患儿,采用中文版脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能分级系统和手功能分级系统进行运动功能分级,采用评估者一致性和加权Kappa系数分析77例患儿首次与最终评级的一致性,确定脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能分级系统和手功能分级系统的稳定性。结果 64例(83.1%)脑瘫患儿的粗大运动功能分级系统最终评级与首次评级保持一致,加权Kappa值=0.89(95%CI=0.79~0.93);54例(70.1%)的手功能分级系统最终评级与首次评级保持一致,加权Kappa值=0.68(95%CI=0.55~0.80)。结论粗大运动功能分级系统评级具有良好的稳定性,手功能分级系统评级的稳定性较低。Objective To analyze the stability of gross motor function and manual ability classification system for cerebral palsy children in school age in order to provide evidence for rehabilitation intervention planning.Method Choose 77 cerebral palsy children from 6 special schools in Shanghai.Classify their motor function by gross motor function and manual ability classification system of Chinese version.Analyze the consistency between initial and final classification for 77 cerebral palsy children by assessors' consistency and weighted Kappacoefficient to confirm the stability of gross motor function and manual ability classification system.Result 64 cases(83.1%)of cerebral palsy children's final classification on gross motor function remain the same with initial one,weight Kappavalue is 0.89(95% CI=0.79~0.93).54cases(70.1%)of cerebral palsy children's final classification on manual ability remain the same with initial one,weight Kappavalue is 0.68(95%CI=0.55~0.80).Conclusion Gross motor function classification system has a high stability,while the stability of manual ability classification system is low.
