新生儿家长婴幼儿意外伤害知信行的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查新生儿家长对婴幼儿意外伤害的认知、态度和行为水平,为做好健康教育提供指导。方法采用自制的知信行调查问卷对本院产科休养病房250例新生儿家长进行调查。结果 77.6%家长不清楚什么是婴幼儿意外伤害,86.4%家长从未接受过相关知识教育,66.0%家长未关注为孩子创造安全环境避免意外伤害,在婴幼儿不间断看护行为方面,51.6%选择空下来就去看。结论家长婴幼儿意外伤害防范知识知晓率较低,部分家长防范意外伤害的行为存在误区,产科医护人员应加强健康教育,提高新生儿家长婴幼儿意外伤害安全防范的知识水平,培养良好的行为习惯,从而避免意外伤害发生。Objective To observe the level of knowledge,attitude and practice on newborns＇ accidental injuries of their parents in order to provide evidence for health education.Method Investigate 250 cases of newborns＇ parents from obstetric wards of this hospital by self-designed questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP）.Result 77.6% parents have no idea what newborns＇ accidental injury is.86.4% never receive education on related knowledge.66.0% never try to create a safe environment to avoid accidental injuries.As for continuous caring behavior,51.6% take care of their babies when they＇re free.Conclusion Cognitive level on newborns＇ accidental injuries of their parents is low.Some of them have misunderstandings on injury prevention.Medical staff of obstetrical department should enhance health education to improve parents＇ cognitive level on newborns＇ accidental injury prevention,cultivate their nice behavior habit and avoid accident.
