摘 要:在分析死区效应和传统无效开关死区消除方法的基础上,提出了一种改进型的无效开关死区消除方法。该方法通过检测反并联二极管的导通状态,对输出电流过零区域进行了精确划分,进而改善了传统无效开关死区消除方法因阈值模糊而误补偿带来的不良影响。通过仿真和试验验证了该无效开关死区消除方法的可行性。A modified invalid-switch dead-time elimination method based on the analysis of dead-time effects was proposed. The output current zero-crossing regions were accurately divided according to the conduction state of parallel diode so that bad effects, which were caused by the fuzz-threshold error compensation of traditional invalid-switch based dead-time elimination method, were improved. Finally, the the feasibility of this method was verified by simulation and experiment.
