摘 要:柔性直流输电和多端直流电网对能够快速开断大电流、可靠性和经济性好的高压直流断路器有日益迫切的需求。综述了直流断路器的拓扑形式,分析了机械、全固态及混合式等直流开断方式的特点及适用场合,指出混合式强制换流方案、机械式预充电人工过零方案更易满足高压大容量直流系统的高速开断要求。提出混合式直流断路器的研制重点在于提高机械开关的操动速度,减少元件数,提高可靠性与经济性;机械式直流断路器应重点关注详细拓扑、机械开关灭弧单元在人工零点下的极限开断能力、振荡回路参数优化和快速机构的研制。HVDC circuit breakers whth ability to interrupt large DC fault current in a very short period of time and high reliability and economics are urgently needed for flexible DC power transmission and multiterminal DC grid. In this paper,DC circuit breakers including the mechanical,all-solid-state and hybrid ones are reviewed,their advantages and disadvantages,as well as application scopes are analyzed. It is concluded that hybrid constraint circuit breakers and mechanical pre-charged artificial current zero point circuit breakers are more likely to meet the requirements. For the former,it should be in focus to increase the operation speed,optimize the structure,enhance the reliability and economic effectiveness; and for the latter,more attentions should be paid in detailed topoloty,maximum breaking current of the mechanical switch at the artificial current zero point,parameter optimization of tank circuit,and high speed mechanism.
