祛风定痛方(白芷、羌活、徐长卿等)对实验性偏头痛小鼠镇痛效果的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨祛风定痛方对实验性偏头痛小鼠镇痛效果。方法:采用利血平致低五羟色胺(5-HT)型小鼠偏头痛模型,眼球取血记录凝血时间,ELISA试剂盒检测小鼠脑匀浆中5-HT含量,对比观察不同组别小鼠的凝血时间和脑匀浆中5-HT含量。采用福尔马林法观察祛风定痛方对于小鼠的镇痛效果。结果:偏头痛小鼠脑5-HT变化结果显示,高剂量组、中剂量组和正天丸组脑5-HT浓度明显高于模型组,差异有统计学意义,低剂量组脑5-HT浓度高于模型组,差异有统计学意义。偏头痛小鼠凝血时间变化结果显示,高剂量组、中剂量组和正天丸组凝血时间明显大于模型组,差异有统计学意义,低剂量组凝血时间高于模型组,差异有统计学意义。祛风定痛镇痛作用结果显示,高剂量组、中剂量组和盐酸曲马多组在第Ⅰ时相能够明显降低小鼠的添足时间,差异有统计学意义,但在第II时相对于小鼠添足时间的作用不明显,差异无统计学意义。结论:祛风定痛方对于利血平致低五羟色胺型小鼠偏头痛有一定的镇痛作用,值得进一步研究。Objective： To explore analgesic effect of Qufeng dingtong Recipe（ Angelica, Notopterygium, Xu Changqing,etc）. On experimental migraine in mice. Methods： Reserpine-induced low serotonin（ 5-HT） mice model of migraine was used. Clotting time were recorded from eyeball blood. ELISA kit was used to detect 5-HT content in mouse brain homogenates. Clotting time and 5-HT content in mouse brain homogenates were compared. Formalin was observed Qufeng dringtong Recipe for analgesia in mice. Results： Changes in migraine 5-HT in mouse brain results showed that high-dose group,middle dose group and positive day pill group brain 5-HT concentration was significantly higher than the model group. The difference was statistically significant. Low-dose group of brain 5-HT concentrations higher than the model group. The difference was statistically significant. Migraine clotting time change results in mice showed that highdose group,middle dose group and positive day pill group clotting time was significantly greater than in the model group.The difference was statistically significant. Qufeng dringtong Recipe analgesia showed that high-dose group,middle dose group and tramadol hydrochloride group Ⅰ in the first phase can be significantly reduced in mice add enough time. The difference was statistically significant. But in the second phase to add sufficient duration of action in mice was not obvious,the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions： Qufeng dringtong Recipe induced by reserpine low side for migraine serotonin amine-type mice have some analgesic effect,which is worth to further study.
