摘　　要：按法是最早运用于推拿治疗的手法之一,通过对按法的治疗要点、作用机理、临床应用进行古文献的论述,从理论上精确地阐释按法,根据其理论及功效合理应用按法可拓宽治疗范围,提高临床疗效。Pressing manipulation is one of the earliest used of traditional manipulation. This article based on a review of ancient literatures,expounds on its treatment of gist,mechanism of action,clinical application. Theoretically accurate interpretation of the pressing manipulation. The reasonable use of pressing manipulation according to the theory and efficacy can Broaden the scope of treatment and improve the clinical curative effect.
