复方α-酮酸糖尿病肾病的观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方α-酮酸对糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法选取糖尿病肾病患者242例,分为Ⅲ期组(n=86)、Ⅳ期组(n=88)、V期组(n=68)。每组中又随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予糖尿病肾病的常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗上加用复方α-酮酸。分别于治疗前和治疗24个月后测定血清尿素(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、24 h尿白蛋白(24 h-Alb)。结果加用复方α-酮酸24个月后,治疗组肾脏相关指标较对照组均有更明显的好转(P<0.05)。结论复方α酮酸对各期糖尿病肾病均有一定程度治疗作用,对早期糖尿病肾病治疗作用尤为明显。Objective To observe the effectα-keto acid on diabetic nephropathy.Methods242 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy, according to the different stages of diabetic nephropathy, divided into three groups, one group with 86 cases in stageⅢ,Ⅳ group 88 cases, the V group 68 cases, each group was randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group was given the conventional treatment of diabetic nephropathy, the treatment group in the conventional treatment the use of alpha-keto acids. Respectively, before treatment and 24 months after the determination of serum urea （BUN）, creatinine （Cr）, glomerularfiltration rate （GFR）, 24 hour urinary albumin （24h-Alb）.Results The use of alpha-keto acids of 24 months after the index, kidney treatment group compared with the control group showed greater improvement.Conclusion Alpha-keto acids in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has the certain degree,especially the effect of the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
