我国创新型人力资源时空分异特征研究

摘　　要：本文以我国创新型人力资源时空分异特征为切入点进行研究。通过研究,发现考察期内我国地区间创新型人力资源分布非均衡现象呈强化趋势,反映出人才集聚的地理集中现象日益明显;通过系统聚类分析法发现了人力资源分布的空间分异特征,并将我国省级区域划分为四种不同的类型。最后,依据我国创新型人力资源的分布现状,提出了缩小创新型人力资源差距、优化人力资源分布的建议。The paper takes the time series characteristic of the innovation human resources as the research object. By analysis, the paper finds that the constant enlargement of the regional differenee of the innovation human resources is significant which shows the Geographical Concentration of the innovation human resources is obvious. The cluster analysis result shows that the distribution of the innovation human resources could be d^-vided into four types. According to the status of the distribution of the innovation human resources, some countermeasures are put forward.
