GSH联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗代偿期乙型肝炎后肝硬化的疗效分析及对肝纤维化指标和炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)联合复方鳖甲软肝片治疗代偿期乙型肝炎后肝硬化的疗效分析及对肝纤维化指标和炎性因子水平的影响。方法:将110例代偿期乙型肝炎后肝硬化患者纳入研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各55例,观察组接受GSH、复方鳖甲软肝片联合抗病毒药物治疗,对照组仅接受抗病毒治疗,比较两组病毒复制情况、肝纤维化指标以及炎症因子含量。结果:观察组乙肝病毒-DNA拷贝数低于对照组,转阴率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透明质酸(HA)、层黏蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型前胶原(ⅣC)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)水平均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、内毒素(ET)含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GSH、复方鳖甲软肝片联合抗病毒药物治疗有助于抑制病毒复制、延缓肝纤维化进程、缓解炎症反应,是治疗代偿期乙型肝炎后肝硬化的理想方法。Objective= To study the effect of GSH combined with compound Biejiaruangan tablets on curative effect and hepatic fibrosis index and inflammatory factor level in treating compensated liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B analysis. Methods： A total of 110 cases patients with compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group received received GSH, compond Biejia Ruangan tablet combined with unitedantiviral therapy, control group received antiviral therapy. Then virus replication, liver fibrosis and inflammatory factor levels were compared. Results= Hepatitis B virus DNA copy of observation group was lower than control group, negative rate was higher than control group （87. 27% vs 61. 82%） ; HA, LN, IVC, PIINP levels of observation group were lower than those of control group; TNF-α, IL-6, IL-8 content of observation group were lower than those of control group. Conclusions： GSH, compound Biejiaruangan tablets combined with antiviral therapy are helpful to suppress virus replication, delay the progress of liver fibro- sis and relieve inflammation reaction. It＇s an ideal method in treating compensatedliver cirrhosis after hepatitis B.
