摘　　要：全国文化信息资源共享工程省级分中心网站特色资源的建设对中华优秀文化的传播起着非常重要的作用,它是人们了解和获取优秀地方文化的重要窗口。本文以共享工程各省级分中心网站地方特色资源库建设为调查对象,通过对各中心网站地方特色资源库的建设内容、易用情况、网上信息服务等的调查分析,指出了特色资源库在建设标准、信息服务、合作共建、用户参与等方面的不足,并针对这些问题提出了相应的改进意见和建议,为完善地方特色资源建设和服务提供参考。The construction of local characteristic information resources in provincial center web sites of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project plays a very important role in spreading Chinese excellent culture.It is an important window for people to understand and acquisition the local excellent culture.This paper took the local characteristic information resources as the investigation object.Analyzing the construction content,usability,network information service of local characteristic information resources in provincial center web sites,the paper pointed out the problems existing in the aspect of the database construction standards,information service,cooperation and user participation.The corresponding improving ideas and suggestions in the light of these problems were put forward.It provided references for perfecting the construction and service of local characteristic information resources in provincial center.
