摘　　要：简要介绍了国外天基信息系统的应用现状及未来一体化发展规划,结合太空通信与导航计划、欧洲一体化空间基础设施和天基卫星群组计划等几个典型的天基信息系统创新项目,分析了国外天基信息系统的技术特点和发展趋势,从系统应用、体系规划和功能设计等几个方面对天基信息系统的体系融合及技术需求进行了阐述,并针对国内的发展现状及应用需求,提出了发展我国一体化天基信息系统的几点建议。The application status and the integrated development planning in the future of foreign space-based information system are briefly introduced in this paper.After studying several typical innovative projects on space-based information system, such as Space Communications and Navigation Plan, European Integration Space Infrastructure and Space-based Satellite Group Plan, the technical features and development trends of foreign space-based information system are analyzed.The system integration and technical require- ments of space-based information system are elaborated from several aspects such as system application, system planning and function design.Also, Aiming at the development status and application requirements of China, some suggestions of developing China＇ s integrated space-based information system are presented.
