摘 要:为了设计波分复用光控相控阵雷达的完整结构,提出基于光开关控制的光控相控阵雷达发射与接收前端的基本组成,描述光控相控阵雷达的工作原理。介绍光开关控制的波分复用光延时网络结构,设计并分析光控相控阵雷达工作的开关控制流程。测试光开关的性能,分析其对光控相控阵雷达时序设计的影响。制作开关控制的三级光纤真时延迟线结构,实现并验证8个扫描角度的可编程波束成形延迟网络。开关控制光延时网络的实现。To design the complete structure of optically controlled phased array radar with Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) , the basic front-end structure in transmitting and receiving of the radar based on photoswitch control is proposed, and its working principle is described. The time-delay network structure with DWDM of photoswiteh control is introduced,and the controlling program based on optical switches is designed and analyzed. Through testing the performance of photoswitch, its influence on the sequential design of the radar is analyzed. The 3-stage fiber delay line with DWDM and 2×2 MEMS switches are achieved,and the pro- grammable beam-forming time-delay network with 8 scanning angles is demonstrated. The realization of optical beam-forming time-delay network based on photoswitch demonstrates the validity and feasibility of optically controlled phased array radar.
