摘　　要：端到端时延是评估网络服务质量,研究有效的拥塞控制机制的重要指标,并以此来验证传输设备与接入设备之间的服务等级协议。通过实验室时延测试进行时延产生机理的验证,记录不同时延变化情况和产生的原因,优化调整网络侧设备的设定参数,使得现网运行的传输效率得到提升。文章通过电力PTN网络承载时分复用业务和以太网业务的性能分析,对用户侧备和网络侧设备传输不同业务的时延特性等进行相应测试,分析PTN设备在用户侧对报文的处理方式和缓存机制,以此来验证PTN网络承载电网生产调度类业务和运行管理类业务的可行性,并给出网络部署的建议。End to end delay value is an important index to evaluate the network quality of service and study on the effective congestion control mechanism, which can verify service level protocol between transmission network equipment and access equipment. The generation mechanism of time delay is verified by the laboratory test which records the causes of variation of different delay to set the parameters for optimization and adjustment of the network side equipment. Performance analysis and time delay characteristic testing of NNl（Network Node Interface） and UNl（User Node Interface） is finished through the performance analysis of time division multiplex service and ethernet service, to analysis the message processing mode and cache mechanism of PTN（Packet Transport Network）. On the basis of the test, the feasibility of data transmission of electric power dispatching and operational management by PTN are verified, the network deployment plan is proposed.
