摘　　要：为实现人力资源管理信息系统的全面提升和优化,进一步提升系统的业务覆盖和应用水平,加快建成世界一流网络学习平台,有效缓解结构性超缺员,建立科学、规范的全员绩效管理体系,推动人力资源业务与其他业务的集成应用建设,开展了人力资源管理信息化深化应用实践研究。作为系统建设的纲领性文件,文章介绍了系统的总体技术架构、部署方案及应用集成方案。国家电网公司SG-ERP人力资源管理信息系统是一套标准统一、功能齐全、覆盖全面、实用灵活、安全可靠的人力资源管理信息平台,系统的建成为提高国家电网公司人力资源管理水平、加强人力资源管控能力提供了有效支撑。To optimize and improve the human resource information system fully, and enhance the breadth of business and the level of application, accelerate the construction of the best network study platform fleetly, lighten structured personnel imbalance effectively, establish scientific and normative personnel performance management system, promote the integration between human resource application and other applications, we develop the research of the deepening application of human resource information management in SGCC. Being the creed file of the system, this paper describes its technology frame, deployment scheme and application integration scheme. The SG-ERP human resource information management system is a human resource management information platform that has the characteristics of unified standard, complete function, complete coverage, flexibility and safety. The achievement upgrades the management level of the human resource and strengthens the management and control capability of human resource.
