摘 要:通过调查研究寻甸地区种植于两种不同结构塑料大棚内的滇重楼发病率,结合各自棚内的温度变化特征,初步了解滇重楼根腐病的发生与局部环境条件的关系,为寻甸地区采用大棚种植滇重楼方式的推广普及积累第一手资料。本研究对覆盖透明薄膜大棚和未覆盖薄膜大棚2种结构大棚内的温度进行了持续(4月~8月)观测,同时也对各自棚内重楼的发病情况进行了调查。结果显示,在春季4~5月份间,覆膜大棚与未覆膜大棚内温度差异较小,且温度都较低(〈30℃),滇重楼的发病率低;进入夏季6~8月份,覆膜大棚与未覆膜大棚内温度差异显著,前者无论平均温度还是最高温度都高于后者,与此相应的覆膜大棚内滇重楼的发病率也较高。分析表明,在寻甸地区覆膜大棚构造不适宜种植滇重楼,适合普遍推广的栽培方式应是不覆盖薄膜的荫棚方式。Objective To study the relationship between Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis rot occurrence and environment conditions, accumulae the first-hand data of planting P. polyphylla under greenhouse in Xundian country. Methods By the way of studying the temperature change(April to August) under two different greenhouse: greenhouse with film and greenhouse not film, additionally, P. polyphylla rot occurrence growing in it were also investigated. Results During April to May, the temperature differences between the two different greenhouses was little. The temperature was low(〈30℃) and the incidence of P. polyphylla rot occurrence was low. During June to August, the temperature differences between the different greenhouse became obviously signifi cantly. Both the average temperature and the highest temperature in greenhouse with fi lm were all higher than the other. The higher temperature induced higher rot occurrence in P. polyphylla. Conclusion It is suitable to adopt greenhouse not covering fi lm shade mode for P. polyphylla cultivation in Xundian, not plastic shed structure.
