摘 要:目的分析武当山区栽培"亚特红"良种金银花的品质并与全国有代表性的金银花主产区进行比较。方法采集样品和生态环境资料;采用薄层色谱法鉴别不同产地金银花中的绿原酸,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量。结果不同产地金银花药材中绿原酸的斑点强弱差异较大,绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量差异明显。结论武当山区产"亚特红"良种金银花品质较好,适合大面积引种种植。Objective Analyze and compare the quality of Lonicera japonica ’Yatehong LSB’ introducted in Wudangshan and representative growing district of S. China was selected for resource investigation. Methods The information of samples and the environment were collected. Chlorogenic acid form different growing districts were identifi ed by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside were determined by RP-HPLC. Results There were certain difference in the strength of spot of chlorogenic acid in the S. China from different districts,and the difference of the content of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside were obvious. Conclusion The quality of Lonicera japonica ’Yatehong LSB’ introduction in Wudangshan is better, and suitable planted in large area of Wudangshan.
