摘　　要：目的对不同产地桔梗中总皂苷和铜、砷、镉、铅、汞5种重金属含量进行测定。方法采用紫外-可见光法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定不同产地桔梗样品中的总皂苷和重金属含量。结果内蒙古赤峰产区的桔梗样品中桔梗总皂苷含量较高,各主产地桔梗中重金属限量均符合出口标准。结论各桔梗主产地均符合桔梗规范化种植要求,可以确保桔梗药材的质量安全。Objective To determination of the content of total saponins and 5 heavy metal（Cu,As,Cd,Hg,Pb） in Radix Platycodonis from different sources. Methods Determination of the content of total saponins and heavy metals in Radix Platycodonis by UV spectrophotometry and ICP-MS. Results The Radix Platycodonis sample that has the highest content of total saponins is from Chifeng in Inner Mongolia, The contents of heavy metal of Radix Platycodonis from different sources accord with export standards. Conclusion All main producing areas of Radix Platycodonis were in accordance with standardized cultivation system, can ensure the quality of the Radix Platycodonis.
