中药抗菌洗液的杀菌性能及毒性的试验研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药抗菌洗液的杀菌性能及毒性,以评价其实际抗菌效果及使用的安全性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对该抗菌洗液杀菌效果及其毒性进行实验观察。结果以该中药抗菌洗液体积分数25%溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌分别作用3 min、5 min、3 min,杀灭率达到99.0%以上。中药抗菌洗液原液置于37℃条件下存放90d,杀菌效果无明显变化。有机物对其杀菌效果有一定影响。对家兔皮肤刺激反应积分值为0,对豚鼠皮肤致敏率为0。结论该中药抗菌洗液对两种细菌繁殖体和白色念珠菌具有较好的杀灭效果,性能稳定且对试验动物皮肤无刺激性和无致敏性。Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a herb antibacterial lotion in order to evaluate its germicidal activity and safety. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to observe experimentally the germicidal effi cacy and toxicity of the antibacterial lotion. Results The 25% solution（V/V） of the herb antibacterial lotion disinfectant with 3, 5 and 7 min contact time killed over 99.90% in average of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans respectively. Organic substance had certain infl uence on its germicidal effi cacy. The germicidal effi cacy of its stock solution had no signifi cant change after storing in sealed condition at 37℃ for 90 days. The toxicity test showed that the integral value and sensitizing rate were 0 at stock concentration. Conclusion This herb antibacterial lotion has stable property and good germicidal effi cacy on two kinds of bacteria and candida albicans with non-irritating and sensitizing effect.
