摘　　要：目的建立仙乐雄胶囊的微生物限度检查方法。方法按《中国药典》2010版一部方法进行试验。结果仙乐雄胶囊对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有一定的抑制作用,可以通过培养基稀释法予以消除。结论建立了仙乐雄胶囊的微生物限度检查方法,该法有效、可靠。Objective To establish microbial limit test method for xianlexiong capsules. Methods The method for microbial limit examination in Chinese Pharmacopoeia was followed. Results Xianlexiong capsules showed inhibition effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.The effect could be eliminated by culture medium dilution method. Conclusion Microbial limit test method was established for xianlexiong capsules and it is feasible and accurate.
