摘　　要：目的探讨藏红花浸泡液治疗潮湿环境相关性皮肤损伤的效果。方法 2011年1月至2014年6月便利选取80例潮湿环境相关性皮肤损伤患者,根据患者住院号的单双号分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组均及时清除损伤局部刺激物,生理盐水清洗后用电吹风吹干,控制或转移刺激物来源。在此基础上,观察组每天用藏红花浸泡液浸湿无菌纱布后湿敷患处15min,晾干;对照组每天用鞣酸软膏均匀涂于患处。结果观察组有效率(100%)高于对照组(92.5%),差异有统计学意义(U=3.326,P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者的治愈时间分别为(2.9±1.7)、(4.7±2.3)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.985,P<0.05)。结论藏红花浸泡液能有效控制和治疗潮湿环境相关性皮肤损伤,缩短愈合时间。Objective To observe the application effects of saffron soaking liquid in patients with moistureassociated skin damage.Methods By convenience sampling,eighty patients with moisture-associated skin damage were selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.All the patients were removed irritants around the damaged skin timely,and rinsed the skin with normal saline and dried with a hair drier to control or transfer the resource of irritants as much as possible.On this basis,patients in the observation group were soaked the damaged skin with saffron soaking liquid for 15 minutes and then got dried everyday,while patients in the control group were coated with tannic acid ointment on the damaged skin everyday.Results The effective rate of observation group（100%）was significantly higher than control group（92.5%）（U= 3.326,P〈0.005）,the healing time of the two groups were（2.9±1.7）days and（4.7±2.3）days,respectively（t=4.985,P〈0.005）.Conclusion The saffron soaking liquid can effectively control and treat the moisture-associated skin damage,and shorten the healing time as well.
