摘　　要：业务的变动,新技术的不断涌现,顶层设计的不足,使得信息系统极易形成信息鸿沟。结合现有业务系统实际,运用系统工程思想,以信息融合为目的,给出系统的总体架构和功能结构,并采用计算机辅助软件工程工具Power Designer从全局角度设计新系统数据库,最终实现数据和功能的有机集成。它有效地提高省域运管业务系统的健壮性、扩展性和可维护性。The changing business, emerging new technologies, shortage of top-level design, makes the system extremely easy to form the information gap. According to the actual existing business systems, gives the overall structure and function structure of the system, and designs the new system database from a global perspective which uses the thought of system engineering and based on information fusion for the pur-pose. Applies CASE PowerDesigner to design a new system database from the overall view and realizes the organic integration of data and function finally which effectively improves the robustness, expending and maintainability of the transportation service system of provincial.
