摘 要:对惰气熔融-红外吸收法测定钛钼合金中氧含量的分析方法进行了研究。确定了最佳分析条件为:称取0.06g样品于0.85g镍篮中,投入石墨坩埚中进行测定,控制分析功率为5.0kW,分析时间为40s。使用钛标样501-657建立校准曲线,得到回归方程为y=1.336 88x。利用3倍空白标准偏差计算得到氧的检出限为0.000 22%。采用方法测定了2个钛钼合金样品中氧的含量,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)分别为2.0%和3.3%。方法加标回收率在95%~103%之间。The content of oxygen in titanium-molybdenum alloy was determined by inert gas fusion-infrared absorption method. The optimal analytical conditions were selected: 0.06 g of sample was weighed in a 0. 85 g nickel basket which was put in a graphite crucible for determination; the analytical power was controlled at 5.0 kW and analytical time was 40 s. Calibration curve was drawn by titanium certified reference material 501-657 with regression equation ofy = 1. 336 88x. The detection limit of oxygen was 0. 000 22% by three times of blank standard deviation. The content of oxygen in two titanium-molybdenum alloy samples was determined by the proposed method. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 11) was 2.0G and 3.3%. The standard addition recoveries for this method were between 95% and 103%.
