摘  要:本文对变速器油泵齿轮滑动支撑结构进行设计,通过CAE仿真分析,建立油泵齿轮模型,设置液压力与输入扭矩等边界条件,可获得准确的齿轮支撑面受力值,结合油泵运行条件,计算出准确的PV值等评价参数,最终选定滑动轴承类型。这种方法解决了油泵滑动轴承选择时输入条件不易确定的问题,提高了产品设计的准确性,为油泵结构设计提供了新思路。In this article ,the sliding support structure of transmission oil pump gear is designed, according to the CAE simulation that build the oil pump gear model, set boundary conditions, such as the fluid pressure, input torque etc. These can get the accurate reaction force of sliding bearing, combined with pump working conditions, calculate the evaluating parameters: the accurate PV value and so on, and choose the sliding bearing type finally. This method solves that the input condition is not easy to be decided when choose the sliding bearing, improves the accuracy of production design, and brings a new idea for the pump structure design.
