摘 要:为了解棉花粉蚧对低温忍耐能力的季节性变化,测定了广州地区该虫自然种群雌成虫的过冷却点和结冰点。结果表明,1~9月成虫过冷却点呈现降低趋势,9月达到最低的-20.43℃;10~12月过冷却点呈上升趋势,12月最高、为-11.7℃。体液结冰点变化动态相似,最高、最低出现在12月、9月,分别为-9.6、-16.8℃。过冷却点、结冰点和广州地区气温之间明显负相关。3~9月雌成虫过冷却点值的频次分布从分散型转向聚集型,10月~次年2月趋于分散。To reveal the seasonal variation of supercooling point and freezing point of cotton mealybug Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley female adults in natural conditions, the two parameters were determined continuously at different months in Guangzhou. The results showed that the supercooling point decreased generally from January to September, and was the least(-20.43℃) in September, while it was on the rise from October to December with the highest(-11.7℃) in December. The freezing point varied similarly to the supercooling point, and the maximum(-9.6℃)and minimum(-16.8℃) appeared in December and September, respectively. The correlation of mealybug supercooling point, freezing point with temperatures of different months were significantly negative. The frequency distributions of supercooling point from March to September vaired from dispersion to aggregation, and tended to disperse from October to the following February.
