摘 要:用作饲料添加剂的有机砷类制剂主要指洛克沙胂和阿散酸,饲喂给动物后多随粪便排出,进入环境可降解、转化为水溶性更强、毒性更大的无机砷,进而威胁人类的安全。近年来,国内外围绕着是否在饲料中使用有机砷添加剂争论不休,关键是由于人们对其在环境中的降解、转化和迁移规律缺乏认识。本文综述了液相色谱-质谱联用技术测定有机砷形态的研究进展,并根据多级有机质谱联用技术鉴定化合物分子结构的优势,分析了它在解析有机砷的降解产物及其转化规律研究中的应用前景。As feed additives, organoarsenic compounds (roxarsone and arsanilic acid) were mainly excreted with feces after being fed to animals. It can be degraded and transformed into some kinds of water-soluble inorganic arsenic with much stronger toxicity in environment, thus threating the safety of human. During recent years, whether to use arsenic feed additives is in debate. The knowledge of degradation and transformation patterns of organoarsenic additives in environment is still lacking. A review of the application of the coupling techniques of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) to the analysis of organic arsenic speciation was presented. With the advantage in identifying the molecular structure of unknown compounds according to the multi- level MS technology, the application of HPLC-MS/MS to the analysis of organoarsenic compounds and its degradation products will be more and more wide.
